M Shanghai String Band on WFMU

We played last Sunday live at WFMU, one of the last free form radio stations in the US and arguably one of the best stations around. The way it should be. Clear Channel free. Rupert Murdoch free. Corporatation free. We played on Irene Trudel's show and had an absolute blast! Give it a listen.

SOLD OUT SHOW at MASS MoCA

The M Shanghai String Band recently played a sold out show at the Massachusetts Museum of Contemporary Art. The space was awesome and we had a blast. Check out some pics.

SIGNS A RECORD DEAL
WITH RED PARLOR RECORDS

Big news in the MSSB camp. We have signed a deal with Red Parlor Records! It is official. They will release the next record and re-release the first. We are very excited and can't wait to get to work with the guys at Red Parlor.
